I Like New York in June...

Dedicated to Mickey Rooney and Judy Garland: young child stars who became world renowned entertainers and arguably were the first teen idols to grace the movie scene. Their on-screen partnership became one of the most famous in film history, and this blog aims to celebrate the artistry of these two great stars.

I just found your blog and I'm so very glad I did! It's absolutely beautiful! I really adore Judy, and Mickey and Judy together are my favorite on-screen pairing. Even more than that though, I love their friendship. They really loves each other! Your blog shows their relationship perfectly!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for your kind words!

Yes, Judy and Mickey made such an amazing team. I think on top of the fact that they were both undeniably talented performers, they got on so well when off the screen that their performances were never awkward or stilted, their affection towards one another was all very natural.

I adore messages like this, makes me squeal with joy haha :’)
